I bought the size 42, I have wide feet and normally fit a NZ10/UK7.5/EU41.
These are a good length and were comfortable. I first wore them for a dance for 4 hours and only got a bit of rub across my big toe, but no blisters anywhere.
Just to note, they say they're PU leather, but are actually satin. Also, I have lost a couple of sparkles already...
